1Overview
Overview

Jackalope is a new 45 room boutique hotel surrounded by vineyards in the middle of beautiful Mornington Peninsula. The property features an infinity pool overlooking the vines, and exceptional food and wine experiences at quirky Flaggerdoot, Doot Doot Doot and Rare Hare. Onsite vineyard, Willow Creek, makes some of the most elegant single vineyard wines on the Mornington Peninsula, with a focus on cool climate Pinot Noir and Chardonnay varietals. When it comes to guest rooms, we love Jackalope’s Vineyard View rooms with their custom furnishings, rain showers and (optional) Japanese style deep-soak baths, but for the ultimate indulgence opt for one of the two spacious ‘Lairs’, which come with a daily champagne and caviar service.
