You'll be collected mid-morning for your private tour of the Barossa wine region visiting three iconic vineyards and sampling award-winning Barossa Shiraz, Riesling and other varietals. First visit premium boutique vineyard, Charles Melton, for a guided tasting of top-class Barossa wines including from their Icon range. Next its on to St Hugo for an Estate tour and a tasting of present, past and future vintages before siting down to a four-course lunch with wine matches. After lunch your final stop is Seppeltsfield for a unique opportunity to taste an aged fortified (tawny port) from your birth year straight from the barrel. After a special tasting, there's time to browse the makers and artists of the Seppeltsfield village and perhaps make a purchase. Be sure to pop into the Jam Factory to check out the local art. You'll return to your accommodation late this afternoon.
