      Day 1

Stay in one of WA's newest luxury hotels, The Ritz-Carlton, Perth. Overlooking the Swan River and Elizabeth Quay and walking distance to Kings Park, this beautiful property is a perfect base for your West Coast journey. We recommend sunset drinks at Songbird overlooking the Swan River before a free evening to dine at Elizabeth Quay or the many nearby Perth restaurants.

      Day1 The Ritz Carlton Pool

      Day 2

After breakfast at Hearth, board your ferry to Rottnest Island. Rottnest is a protected nature reserve located just offshore from Perth, and known for its turquoise bays and as the home of the friendly Quokka. There are no cars on Rottnest, so bike hire is included today to ensure you can explore the pristine bays and bike paths around the island. There are several scenic restaurant options for lunch but we recommend purchasing something from the island bakery to enjoy as a picnic on the sand at one of the beautiful bays. Later pop in to Hotel Rottnest for a glass of wine overlooking Thomson Bay before boarding your ferry back to Perth. It is a two minute stroll from the jetty back to the Ritz-Carlton for another night overlooking the Swan River. We recommend visiting the Treasury Precinct tonight – a 5 minute walk up Barrack Street – for dinner at Petition, Long Chim or Wildflower.
