Your journey begins in Melbourne where your driver will collect you for a one hour drive to the Mornington Peninsula. Before reaching Jackalope you’ll first have the opportunity to stretch your legs on a 1-2 hour self-guided walk from Bushrangers Bay to the tip of Cape Schanck. Your driver will point you in the right direction and meet you at Cape Schank ready to transfer you to Jackalope. Upon arrival, settle into your Vineyard View Suite and relax this afternoon. You may like a soak in your Japanese style black tub or a dip in the infinity pool, or perhaps enjoy a glass of bubbles on your terrace with vineyards views. Dinner is included tonight at Doot Doot Doot, where you’ll enjoy a tasting menu focused on regional produce and wines from the Mornington Peninsula.
Immerse yourself further into Mornington Peninsula’s food and wine scene today, with a special lunch planned. After a leisurely start to the day and breakfast onsite, your driver will meet you for your transfer to Pt Leo Estate, one of Mornington Peninsula’s best wineries. Your Pt Leo experience starts with a bespoke wine tasting with a member of the Estate team, and is followed by a five course-lunch with wine matches at acclaimed Laura. The elegant dishes at this multi award-winning restaurant convey the uniqueness of the region, with seasonal local produce the hero. Laura’s intimate space invites guest to take their time and enjoy the views to Western Port Bay and to the Estate’s sculpture garden. After lunch there is time to tour the gardens and notable collection of sculptures. A return transfer to Jackalope ensures you can enjoy the wonderful wines on offer today. Tonight enjoy a free evening - Jackalope offers complimentary movies and popcorn if you fancy a night in or perhaps try a lighter meal at Flaggerdoot cocktail lounge.

Today is an early start for your Wilsons Prom full-day experience. After breakfast, your host for the day will meet you and transfer you in comfort for your 2.5 hour journey to Wilsons Promontory National Park. Your time in the national park will start with a bang, with a bucket-list walk to the summit of Mt Oberon where you’ll enjoy breathtaking views over the bay and national park below. After morning tea it’s time for a beach walk from Tidal River to Norman Point which is a prominent rocky headland surrounded by ocean on three sides. If you are keen to explore further, Little Oberon Bay is just around the corner and being accessible only on foot, it’s a great secluded beach for a swim. Lunch will be enjoyed on the track, or back at Tidal River per your preference. The rest of the afternoon sees you visiting pristine beaches – Whisky Bay and Squeaky Beach are two favourites - and spotting wombats and other wildlife in their natural habitat. The drive back towards the park exit is very scenic and will have you relishing the wild beauty on offer here. Your host will tailor your return journey to suit your mood, with the option of some wine tasting or lingering longer in the national park an option. You’ll arrive at Jackalope in time for dinner, with the night free to enjoy in your suite or at one of the restaurants or bars.

After a sleep in and breakfast at Doot Doot Doot, your driver will arrive mid-morning for your 2.5 hour private transfer to the Bellarine Peninsula. Before reaching your accommodation, enjoy lunch at one of Bellarine’s best winery restaurants, Jack Rabbit. Modern local produce is featured on the menu, along with a great range of Jack Rabbit wine varietals. To ensure you know which wines to pick with lunch, you’ll enjoy complimentary wine tastings on arrival. After lunch enjoying views of the bay, you’ll be whisked around the corner to Point Lonsdale and Lon Retreat. Settle into your premium suite with a bottle of bubbles awaiting you ready for a sunset drink this evening with views of the coast. If you have sore muscles from your Grampians hiking adventure, your mineral-spring fed deep soaking bath is on hand, offering an in-suite spa experience at any time of the day. Dinner is included to enjoy in your premium suite tonight – think quality pasta and zingy salad with dessert. You also have access to a private wine cellar with your suite so you can continue your wine journey (cost applies).

Watch the sunrise above the lighthouse from your breakfast bench this morning and enjoy a slow start to the day with locally sourced breakfast hamper provisions included. Today is all about slowing down and relaxing. Options for this morning include a swim in the heated mineral pool, or a beach walk following the 40 minute trail into the pretty coastal town of Queenscliff. Here you can grab a coffee to enjoy while strolling around the yacht harbour, before returning back to the retreat. A picnic hamper is supplied for lunch today, which can be enjoyed by the lake, on your terrace, or under a tree along one of the scenic farm trails. This afternoon you are in for a treat at exclusive Lon Spa where you’ll enjoy a private two hour mineral retreat as a couple with a massage treatment and hydro-therapy before finishing with a wine and graze platter enjoying the rural views outside. Tonight you’ll be too relaxed to go anywhere, so dinner is included to enjoy in your suite. Use the Weber-Q to cook quality local meats on your terrace and enjoy with fresh salads and bread and a wine selected from your private in-suite cellar (wine at cost).
