Travel flexibility and COVID-19

Given the unprecedented impact of COVID-19 and new restrictions announced by the Federal and WA State Governments, we are offering a change of date option on all Walks departing prior to 30 June 2020.

If you have an existing booking on any Walk departing prior to 30 June 2020, you may reschedule your walk to any available departure date up to 30 November 2021.

For existing private touring bookings, and for those who have additional services added to their Walk bookings (ie hotel stays, flights or touring options), please contact our reservations team to discuss change of date and refund options available for these products which are impacted by our suppliers’ policies.

If you would like to use a change of date option, we recommend confirming your new travel dates as early as possible to maximise the chance of securing your preferred dates.

You can rebook your new departure date by contacting our friendly team at info@walkintoluxury.com.au.  We will endeavour to respond to all enquiries within 24 hours, but thank you for your patience in the event of any delay at this busy time.

At this stage our normal cancellation policy applies to guests joining a walk or tour departing after 1 July 2020, with one notable exception.  For all new customers who book onto a Spring 2020 Walk, we are offering a guaranteed change of date option should restrictions continue to impact your ability to travel at the date of your departure.
